About Kathleen
Kathleen Belonga is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Yoga Therapist, and educator with a deep commitment to helping people feel well — in their bodies, their minds, and their lives.
Her journey into this work was not a straight line. Growing up in Southwest Michigan as a quiet, deeply observant child, Kathleen learned early to listen well and notice what others might miss. Those qualities, once mistaken for shyness, became the foundation of her greatest strengths.
Like many women, her identity evolved through seasons — daughter, student, wife, mother. For a long time, she lived more for others than for herself. But beneath that, there was always a quiet knowing: she was meant for something more.
That something more found her through yoga — not merely as movement, but as a path back to herself. Over time, that inward journey grew into a calling: to help others reconnect with their own bodies, their own wisdom, and their own capacity for lasting change.
Her approach is rooted in science, informed by lived experience, and guided by deep compassion. She no longer views her introversion as something to overcome — it is the very foundation of how she holds space for others.
Transformation doesn't require becoming someone new. It requires remembering who you've been all along.
