Kathleen Belonga is a dedicated Health Coach Educator, Yoga Therapist, and Yoga Teacher focused on empowering aspiring coaches to excel in their practice. With extensive experience in the wellness industry, she offers essential guidance and support to help coaches hone their skills, build confidence, and foster meaningful client relationships.
As an adjunct faculty member in higher education, Kathleen teaches board-accredited Health and Wellness Coaching classes and Mindfulness and Meditation for Health Care Professionals.
Kathleen serves as a faculty member, teaching assistant, and PSA instructor in board-accredited health coach certification programs.
In addition to teaching, Kathleen works one-on-one with individuals seeking to make meaningful lifestyle changes. She specializes in plant-based nutrition and stress management techniques through coaching, yoga therapy, and the integration of mindful practices that promote holistic well-being and resilience.
